Just when we think it can't get more appalling, it gets more appalling. Again, and again, and again, and again.

You thought it couldn't get more appalling? What led you to believe that? There is no bottom to the levels of inanity that these clowns can stoop to. I mean it took them two years to flatten the curve... along the wrong axis. And in the process we are about to head through inflation unlike that in living memory for quite a few people. Our best hope is that they take themselves out of the picture through their own stupidity but not drag us along with them. That might be a bridge too far though...

It was a figure of speech. I agree, life's going to get harder and harder for a lot of people.

We are certainly entering into a state of self-validation by arguing in hindsight the effectiveness of these vaccines. These vaccines must be effective, therefore we will inject millions, thereby proving post-jab that these vaccines are, in fact, effective.

Darkness has descended upon the globe, America has led the world into this madness. We will lead it out, or we will see the dark-triad of BigTech, BigMedia, and BigGov consolidate global control by war, famine, and manmade-disease. It ends here, or it doesn’t end.

Excellent comment, well put. I totally agree.

Heh, it’s also neat that when/if “journalists” go to quote from this call, the rules for a “professional” transcriptionist would be to omit the “uhs” and duplicate words. His blathering mostly ranges from content-less to horrifying anyway, but I think your record more accurately conveys the “flavor” of this decision than in whatever drivel the various Times of the world will puke out tomorrow.

I am not and never have been one to advocate violence or retribution just for the sake of retribution. But justice. I believe in just consequences.

The people being adversely affected (I.e. the jab injured and the families of the dead) should have the right to literally choose the vial lots and boost those who are choosing to put this poison in others.

This is true justice. But not just one booster. Administer three. Wait 2 years.

This is the deserved justice.

When I heard the news clip on the radio that this decision was made "without the usual panel of experts", I thought 'well, of course'. The FDA, without any consequences to their reckless decisions are now completely emboldened to decree absurd things.

I don't understand the never ending boosters. My only guess would be that some evil bastard, maybe Marks himself, wants to know how many until the death ration really skyrockets. The phase 3 trial with no rules.

Expand full comment

Well, the first booster was recommended AGAINST by the FDA advisory panel, and they went ahead and approved it anyway. No point in asking those same people what they think of #4.

It’s easy to understand. Everyone knows you can’t have too much of a “good thing”! These jabs are basically a miracle times four. That’s bigger than Jesus!

Same thing suggested by Shy Boy below. An interesting question, but I think what's important is just to keep being sarcastic regardless of effect, as a matter of principle.

It will be interesting to see how popular it is this time. A lot of people have learned they're neither safe nor effective.

We really need to boil this down to a short list of key facts to share with friends at gatherings. If our friends or family are injured it's our fault for not warning them. Intervention time.

Expand full comment

I've discussed with my family--all educated people. I've brought facts, studies, charts, you name it. They're not listening. They think I'm "brainwashed" (by the data?), and they all think I'm going to die, because I'm not vaxxed...

Expand full comment

It gets psychologically easier when you've actually gotten covid symptomatically because then it is not hypothetical anymore. I used to try to convince others with data to no avail. Then I got sick (for me it was like a nasty flu). Took me out for a little while but I recovered fully and my whole outlook changed. I simply don't care anymore. Don't get me wrong, I'll still fight against the lunacy but I no longer feel the need to personally justify my own refusal to take one of these mRNA transfections. Me and the virus are now well acquainted. I don't need a middleman to tell me what to think.

Expand full comment

It's pretty remarkable the vax tyrants steadfastly deny natural immunity. It's clear evidence of the lunacy. Also indicates the more serious problem of pervasive ignorance of biology fundamentals. Failure of the education system. Purposely, apparently.

Expand full comment

There is now some tiptoeing away from that. I'm actually seeing articles in outlets that before would have never run anything even acknowledging natural immunity.

The obvious is hard to avoid. Some avoid it as long as they can, but the dissonance drives them crazy. We still have a lot of crazy but its subsiding everywhere.

Breaking through entrenched obstinance doesn't work with repetition. You have to make them engage. Make them explain their position, and give counter arguments. When they realize they have no basis, and they can't answer your rebuttals, enlightenment begins.

Expand full comment

I don't find that enlightenment begins. I find that they essentially walk away from me. And I'm not even being militant, I make a point to be calm and polite and keep it simple.

Enlightenment is never the easy path. If you give up on them, they will avoid enlightenment. Persistence is also not the easy path. Some give up too easily.

Good point! I might try the Socratic method. "You're getting the second booster? Is that because the first booster didn't work?"

But that was already the logic during the 1st "booster," and really still is. The alleged "waning" of severe efficacy drives me crazy, though I didn't insert this opinion into my criticism of Marks' bungling.

The whole subject is rife with illogic. The trouble is, very few people respond to logic. When I try to point these things out to them, they nod politely and then tune me out.

I “liked” your comment.

But....

I do not think it’s our fault.

I’ve been telling people.

They turn a dead ear.

I’ve started to be silent.

I pray to God. I ask Him to direct my tongue. If I speak, I speak. Recently He has held me back time and again.

I’ll give you a great example. I shared in depth with a young woman. I shared the potential harms. She “listened”. But she believes she lost her husbands mother to covid itself. She was afraid. She’s in her 20’s. Risk? Almost none. She got the booster before our job even required it.

Proverbs says the righteous stumbles 7 times and rises again. Persistence is the difference between success and failure in many things. But for arguments, I often find it useful to get the other person to explain their position. They often can't. When they realize they don't understand their own position, they become more open to other ideas.

By the way I wrote “they turned a dead ear” I meant, of course, the proverbial “dead” ear but dead fits too. Either a Freudian or Christ conscious slip, not sure which.

When We were dead in our sins.... “But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved” Eph 2:4-5

Substack let's us edit our posts now. I do sometimes. I need to figure out how to turn off auto correct. That makes typos that look right to cursory review, doesn't stand out like human typos. Most of us understand how typos work and do mental corrections of others' posts as we read. Speed and brevity are more important on the internet than typographical precision.

I was about to, then noticed “dead” applied in two ways. Both sad ways. Spiritually and possibly future physical death. Certainly some cellular death.

Big Pharma has no need to worry. The United States (and by extension its satellite states in Canada and western Europe) is pretty much a captive market. Doesn't matter how silly the FDA or CDC become. The FDA could recommend literal snake oil and Big Pharma would be assured of widespread uptake.

As far as vaccines, this has already been the standard of rigor used to funnel new injections into the childhood schedule for decades. These EUA for these products is just extra absurd because they are the most radical medical experiment ever undertaken in history, and are treated like just another perfunctory flu shot. But why should pharma expect the consumer to keep the score now if we haven't before?
