"Project Proposal for eliminating wild circulation of potential zoonotic cross-over viruses (got to protect our boys)."
One country appears to be the source of all new pathogens... from there, I would add a liberal dose of Ripley's line from original Aliens. Lots of problem solved, not just the pathogen issue.
I often have a hard time figuring out what you're aiming at. But at the very least, all of this bullshit makes it seem less ludicrous that omicron is a deliberate release. And we used to chuckle about the outrageousness of Project MKUltra...

You know, my initial intuition went like this:
* there are opposing global "forces".
* 1 such "force" (FA) developed (deliberately) + released (potentially accidentally / prematurely) original COVID for whichever (nefarious) reasons.
* another such "force" (FB) decided the best way to combat said release was by a more transmissible but also benign variant of said COVID; passaged it and massaged it, then released it before countries like Austria went full retard on its population. A kind of "fuck you" from FB --> FA.
Feedback I take seriously, since it is a common remark. However, in the case of this article, isn't - "The Project Veritas document dump does not add new text to the DEFUSE story. It merely surrounds it with a more tenuously solid imprint of authenticity, by unearthing a DARPA program document that echos what was already in the previous leak." - an adequate statement of the thesis?
The rest of the post naturally doesn't make anything of the dissected details of the leak, beyond how hilarious the DEFUSE/PREEMPT story would be if true - that's the point, to show that everything "unveiled" in the Veritas leak could be totally innocent and / or already known.
Yes, planned release seems like a quaint notion at this point. Could also account for the Alpha / Delta etc. emergence, which remain insufficiently explained by selection pressure from natural immunity or the vax trials.
See, there's another example of me possibly misreading your intention. Because what I was saying about omicron was exactly the opposite of "quaint" ("attractively unusual or old-fashioned"). I had filed intentional omicron under "wacky theories", but based on the excerpts of the documents you've written about here, I would need to re-classify it as "mildly speculative". At least that's my takeaway.
MKUltra, now, does deserve to be called quaint. Or would if it wasn't so horrifying as a precursor of today's possible insanity.
Your first paragraphs do state rather explicitly what your thesis is, in this blog post – I was speaking in a more general sense. But in this post I got lost in the following details. The nature of these sort of government things involving multitudinous agencies and acronyms tends to be a rat's nest anyway, and if one hasn't been obsessively following all the details it's bound to seem rather dizzying.
It never occurred to me that Project Veritas could've been a false flag effort from back in the Acorn days, when I first started to loathe James O'Keefe and company. Not saying I believe it, just that the murky depths beneath the paddling feet of us ducklings on the surface are approaching Marianas Trench proportions. The feeling of helplessness and shame for my species is growing every day. OMG, I'm starting to turn into a libertarian.
Right, showing "nothing" is difficult when the details are so dense. I would make a terrible defense lawyer since I always find it very easy to perceive reasonable doubt but am horrible at communicating the same conclusion.
OK, I'm feeling gaslit by the internet right now as far as the definition of "quaint." I have never understood it to imply "unusual."

I sympathize about feeling gaslit! Based on a lifetime of reading I had a pretty good idea of the connotation of quaint, but I looked it up anyway and quoted it straight from the dictionary. Agree about the word "unusual". Before I looked it up I would have defined it as "cutely old-fashioned". Another dictionary might be slightly different.
Project veritas always seems to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.. they take a hot topic that probably has a lot of good evidence but then they end up with a miniscule amount of semi convincing evidence that they expose in the trailer and then repeat 5 times in the video. I wonder whether the guy is controlled opposition. WikiLeaks was a zillion times more effective, but we know what happened to them.....
Yes, I think so. Possibly from even Acorn sting days, with Obama giving the sign-off. Likewise, the DRASTIC “we reported the lab leak first” meme has stunk for a while.
At the (entirely acceptable) risk of looking like a caricature of myself... DARPA really is this derpy. Not saying there isn't some spin doctoring going on here, but I've seen more than a few DARPA solicitations and proposals, and this one seems authentically goofy.
Right, it fits right in with Insect Allies. Still, using the PREEMPT brief as "corroborating" evidence of EcoHealth's guilt is a bit like double jeopardy - Daszak is a grant writer, so obviously he is going to take the funder's mission and structure the proposal around that.
It's about time the Covid-verse has a more nuanced Daszak story arc, as we definitely need some character development there. What if Daszak actually fought an evil Asian Nazi Scientist who wanted to release a virus that only affects other races but Daszak heroically changes it with a Virus that kills Asians too? He takes all the blame but he did what he thought was right. I also think if the Daszak covid-versr comics starts drawing him with Epstein's face it would be a much better fit.
Foot note 6 scared me a little hence the gibberish above as a natural remedy.
A new footnote 2 was inserted retroactively, so that readers would not have to hunt down the pdf to see the full page of Gimlett's letter for themselves. So the old 2 became 3.
I read the documents yesterday, and this Major Murphy's report especially seems suspect. The release almost too neatly plugs every gap and makes for an explanation that reads like the reveal in film script. But I am also wrong the majority of the time.

It's the only way to be sure.
This solution is approved in Taiwan.

My thought too.

I can't explain what it means, but "transmissible, recombinant vaccines" sounds like a really bad idea.
It’s just means a virus somehow designed to drive itself into extinction. Total idiocy.
But do the means just the it’s?

Daszak/Rogan 2024?
I believe you may have misspelled
accept in your footnote 2
Except maybe you did that on purpose
Thank you Sir
Do you mean footnote 3?
A new footnote 2 was inserted retroactively, so that readers would not have to hunt down the pdf to see the full page of Gimlett's letter for themselves. So the old 2 became 3.
Thank you! It was a clunky transition to begin with, owing to changes that were made to the main text after the footnote had already been written..
